Abstract
Due to its advantage of high-efficiency and energy-savings, evaporative cooler has been widely used in refrigeration and other industrial areas. The heat transfer process includes mass diffusion and gas-liquid two-phase flow, many factors will influence the cooling performance. A comprehensive performance test of evaporative cooler has been done to analyze the influence of these factors. Experimental results show that increasing the flow rate of air and sprayed water can improve the efficiency of cooling. For the evaporative cooler with fixed structure, the main influence factors are air flowrate, followed by wet-bulb temperature and flow rate of sprayed water.关键词
