摘要

Abstract

The crystalline powders of Bi^LsLxFeOj (*=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15) were prepared by Sol-Gel process .The crystal structure was characterized by XRD, and the surface morphology and size of the particles were observed by SEM .The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability of the samples were measured by microwave vector network analyzer, and the loss tangent and microwave reflectivity were calculated in the frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz according to measurements. The results show that the crystal structure of Bii-jLajFeOs is perovskite, the morphology of the particles looks like irregular short rods, and La doped at A-site is helpful to improve its microwave absorption. The absorption peak is 27.7 dB and the bandwidth less than -10 dB is 3.4 GHz when the sample thickness is 2.6 mm and x=0.10. The analysis shows that the material has both dielectric loss and magnetic loss, but the former is the major loss.
