土家族药独蒜兰的化学成分研究

摘要
Abstract
The chemical constituents of the medicinal plant,Pleione bulbocodioides,was extacted and isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-2 and Pre-HPLC.Six compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract.Their structures were elucidated as bulbocol（1）,coelonin（2）,β-daucosterol（3）,3-hydroxybenzcic acid（4）,5-hydroxymethyl furfural（5）,3-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid（6） by analysis of spectroscopic data（1H-NMR,13C-NMR,）.Compounds 3,4,5,6 were isolated from the plant extract of Pleione bulbocodioides for the first time.关键词
