Development of Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
Secondary ion mass spectrometry technique has been widely used in the material surface analysis.With the renovation of the detection method,this technique is developing rapidly.In the lab of 2×1.7MV tandem accelerator in Peking University,a facility of accelerator-based time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry was built and upgraded.After analyzing the carbon-based material such as carbon nano tube and graphite,we found that carbon nano tube material could absorb hydrogen strongly.This result proved the capability of carbon nano tube material in hydrogen storage.关键词
