Research on the Present Situation,Reasons and Optimization Measures of the Capital Structure of Listed Companies in the Electric Power Industry
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes financial data of the 55 electric listed companies in the electric power industry from 2008 to 2010 as the object of study,analyzes the industry′s debt structure,equity structure and thermal power industry′s capital structure.Combining the whole industry′s macro quotations,the listed companies′ own features,market mechanism and national policies,this paper explores the capital structure forming causes and proposes the optimization path of listed companies in the electric power industry.关键词
