石菖蒲化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Acorus tatarinowii Schott
摘要
Abstract
The chemical constituents in the rhizome of Acorus tatarinowii Schott were systematically investigated, five compounds were isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel, and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semipreparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were determined by NMR spectroscopy. The five compounds were isolated and identified as cis-methylisoeugenol ( I ), asarylaldehyde ( II ), benzoic-acid ( III ), stigmasterol( IV ) , ealamenone( V ). Compoud III were obtained from the plant for the first time, The study provides a theoretical basis for the further study on Acorus tatarinowii.关键词
