Abstract
Based on the study of the development of venture capital industry in Europe, this report summarize the experiences of venture investment industries in major European countries in six aspects： business environment, government fund support, tax incentives, exit mechanism, regulation system and the role of industry associations. Considering the specific conditions in China, we need to promote and improve the venture capital industry in the directions as business environment, government fund support and tax incentives, etc.关键词
