中药外伤膏抗炎镇痛作用实验研究
Study on the anti-inflammation and analgesic effect of traditional Chinese medicine traumatic ointment
摘要
Abstract
The anti-inflammation and analgesic effect of traumatic ointment was studied with acetic acid writhing test,hot plate survey,the inhibition test of ear swelling induced by diethyl benzene in mice,and the inhibition test of paw swelling induced by egg white in rats.The results showed that traumatic ointment could remarkably increase the ache threshold value,reduce the twist times,and inhibit the ear swelling induced by diethyl benzene in mice and paw swelling induced by egg white in rats.It indicated that traditional Chinese medicine traumatic ointment has good antiinflammation and analgesic effect.关键词
