复方女贞子和益生菌对新生奶犊牛增重及免疫功能的影响
Effects of compound Nüzhenzi preparation and probiotics on weight increment and immune function in newborn dairy calves
摘要
Abstract
Compound Nüzhenzi preparation(made up of Glossy privet fruit,Astragalus and Codonopsis) and probiotics were used to evaluate the influence of them on weight gain and immune function of newborn dairy calves.In the experiment,20 newborn dairy calves were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 in each.They were given medicine for a month and raised for four months.Then the weight increment and the level of immunoglobulin were determined.The results showed that the average daily gain and the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in serum were increased significantly after the newborn dairy calves were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and probiotic(P0.01).It was indicated compound Nüzhenzi preparation could promote the growth and immune function used alone or combination with probiotics in newborn dairy calves.关键词
