Abstract
In order to improve the precision of fault diagnosis in asynchronous motor, the fault diagnosis method based on EMD was put forward in this text. Single-phase power spectrum was analyzed based on EMD, and fault frequency 2sf was picked up in single-phase power spectrum. Simulation results showed that this method was high sensitive and clear. It successfully solved the problem of which fault component frequency of rotor broken bar was too close to basic wave to be separated in stator current. It was feasible to apply in motor fault diagnosis.关键词
