柴胡桂枝汤对肝纤维化大鼠TNF一α、CTGF表达的影响
Effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction on Expression of TNF-α and CTGF of Rats with Liver Fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influences of Chaihu Cuizhi decoction on the expression of TNF - a and CTGF of rats with liver fibrosis. Methods: Rat models of liver fibrosis were made by CC14 compound method. Effects of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the expression of TNF - a and CTGF of rats with liver fibrosis were observed by immunohistochemi-cal method. Results: Compared with the model group and low concentration of Chinese medicine group, the expressionlevel of CTGF in high concentration of Chinese medicine group possessed a significant difference (P <0. 01); However, compared with the model group and low concentration of Chinese medicine group, the expression level of TNF - a in high concentration of Chinese medicine group possessed a significant difference(P <0. 01). Conclusion; Chaihu Guizhi decoction can reduce the expression levels of TNF - a and CTGF of the rats with liver fibrosis.关键词
