益肾降浊汤对慢性肾功能衰竭模型小鼠肾功能影响的实验研究
The Effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction on Renal Function of Mice with Chronic Renal Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction on adenine - induced chronic renal failure in mice. Methods: Mice were fed with adenine to induce chronic renal failure. Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction was given for 28 days,and mice were killed. Detect serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, serum phosphorus, calcium, cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid, weight, kidney coefficient,etc. And take kidneys for Pathological examinations. Results: Compared with model group, the high, medium and low - dose group of Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction and Niaoduqing group could lower the serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, phosphorus, cholesterol, triglyceride levels, elevate serum calcium levels. And they could reduce kidney damage of the model of mice in Pathology. Conclusion: Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction has a therapeutic effect on mice with chronic renal failure induced by adenine.关键词
