The Effect of Lingqi Capsules on the Bcl- 2 Expression of Apoptosis Gene of A549 Cell Lines
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the apoptotic induction and the effect of expression on the Bel - 2 gene by Lingqi capsules. Methods ;RT -PCR was used to measure the expression on Bel -2 gene in herb serum containing LQC . Results: The herb serum containing LQC could induce and cure A549 cancer and differentiation by reducing the expression of Bel -2. Conclusions; The herb serum of Lingqi capsules can obviously inhibit the grouth of A549 growth by influencing on the expression of apoptotic related genes.关键词
