振动对消失模铸造球墨铸铁石墨形态的影响
Effect of Vibration on Graphite Morphology of Lost Foam Cast Ductile Iron

Abstract
Mechanical vibration was applied to lost foam casting (LFC) process of ductile iron. The influence of mechanical vibration on different thickness specimens (20 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm) was investigated. The results show that the number of the graphite increases obviously with the increase in thickness in vibration condition; for the specimen with thickness of 60 mm, the number of graphite is increased by 50.7% compared with that in static solidification condition. Mechanical vibration has bilateral effect on the graphite. The roundness of graphite was lower in vibration condition than in static condition, but it increases as the thickness increases. Mechanical vibration reduced the proportion of coarse graphite, as a result, the graphite nodules distribute more uniformly.关键词
