摘要

Abstract

The key points in production of synthetic cast iron were presented, including theconfirmation of charge ratio, selection of carburant, and resulfurization process. Through thetrial-manufacture, the graphite morphology of the synthetic cast iron was improved, thereby itsmechanical properties and machining performances were enhanced, and the production cost wasreduced.
