摘要
Abstract
DFs derived from mesenchymal cells of mesodermal embryo are the main cells of loose connective tissue. DFs had been considered as full differentiated terminal cells without multipotential and had been used as seed cells just for skin tissue. Recently DFs have been proved to express the markers of mesenchymal stem cells and differentiate into osseous tissue, fat, cartilage, tendon, nerve, pancreatic islet and so on under certain condition. DFs could be used as seed cells for tissue engineering. Here, the multipotential of DFs was reviewed.关键词
