摘要

Abstract

Based on the periodical section models,the three-dimensional numerical simulation on inside flow and heat transfer of different structural parameters of the spiral groove tube were investigated and we obtain micro-distribution of the flow velocity field and temperature field in the state of turbulence. The simulation results show that with the increase of groove depth, both the heat transfer performance and resistance coefficient increase and with the increase of thread pitch, both the heat transfer performance and resistance coefficient decrease. Finally, the correlation of resistance coefficient and Nusselt are presented from the simulation data.
