摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the automation of food testing, the data communication and analysis software system of the instrument is designed. RS232 communication technology and VB 6. 0, SQL Sever 2000 database language are used to develop the software. The solution concentration is solved by regression equation, and the curve fitting result is examined by correlation coefficient r. Experiments show that the communication software can set test parameters, can receive and save the test data in real time, can display the results in graphical and tabular form, and can query, modify and re-test data. Communication software is easy to use and can shield and correct the users misuse. The graphical display is clear and accurate, and the accuracy rate of data transmission and processing reaches 100% .
