摘要

Abstract

The defects in holder housing castings such as shrinkage cavity/porosity, cold shut, blowhole and cracking and so on have been effectively controlled by appropriate designing of parting surface, pouring position and sand core process and top-riser feeding as well as some of technical measures as adopting Cu-Sb alloying and low rare earth nodularizer and applying the post inoculation method I. E. In-ladle inoculation with Ba inoculant and stream inoculation with 75SiFe. It is also proved that the material properties can meet the technical requirements.
