摘要

Abstract

Using the method of orthogonal experiment on layer cladding Ni60 alloy on the surface of 38CrMoAI steel, laser power, scanning speed and off-focus were optimized, and the laser cladding process parameters, by which the excellent hardness and surface wear properties of the cladding layer were got. And the effect of the laser cladding parameters on the cladding layer properties was investigated. The result shows that the choice of 2.0 Kw laser power, focal quantity from 40 mm, and 6 mm/s scanning speed as the process parameters of layer cladding Ni60 alloy on the surface of 38CrMoAI steel, the hardness of cladding layer can reach 880. 5 HV, and the relative wear resistance is 2.65.
