摘要
Abstract
Based on CAE technique, the filling and solidification process of low pressure die casting for disc case casting was studied. According to filling pattern and dynamic distribution of liquidus phase, the isolated liquidus phase was illustrated and analyzed in combination with solidification features of low pressure die casting. The defect distribution was predicted. Trial production proves that the improved foundry technology is feasible, which lays the foundation of the process yield.关键词
