摘要

Abstract

The effects of heat treatment parameters, such as solution temperature, solution time, aging temperature and aging time, on the electrical conductivity, hardness and combined properties of as-cast Cu-Ni-Si alloy was studied by orthogonal experiment, and the microstructures of heat treated samples were also observed. Range analysis was used to investigate the effects of the above four parameters on the properties of Cu-Ni-Si alloys. The results suggest that the optimal heat treatment technology is solution at 950 °C for 2 h followed by aging at 550 t! For 8 h. After treating at such an optimal heat treatment procedure, the electrical conductivity and hardness (HRB) can reach 33.39(%IACS) and 96.52, respectively, and the combined property index is higher than all the other values got by different heat treatment parameters, demonstrating that the result of the orthogonal experiment is reliable.
