Abstract
In order to make as-cast nodular cast iron and achieve high strength and high toughness requirements, the following experiments were conducted.- right choosing the raw materials and ingredient, reasonable designing chemical composition, using indution furnace for melting process; spheroidizing treatment process using feeding wire technique for higher graphite spheroidization rate; choosing the low rare earth spheroidizing wire in order to get the appropriate ratio between ferrite and pearl ite.关键词
