摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of handicraft pouring in foundry, the liquid-level model of objects was established and the auto-pouring cascade control system was designed, based on industrial CCD sensor and fuzzy-PID algorithm. The controller used MCGS configuration software and intelligence measuring appliance cascade control was investigated, according to the mathematics mode of pouring system. The results show that the good effects are achieved by the fuzzy-PID controller and the system has the characteristics of static accuracy, adaptability, reliability and anti-interference by rising main controller's variable gain.
