Abstract
Mixing ZTA(ZrO2 toughened AI2O3) ceramic particle of 2 ~ 3 mm and self-made agglutinant, and then sintering the mixture to prepare porous network ceramic prefabrication, ZTA particle reinforced high chromium cast iron matrix composites were prepared by metal liquid penetrating the porous network ceramic prefabrications. The three-body abrasive resistance of the composites was investigated. The results show that the volume fraction of ceramic particle is 47% ~ 55% , and the interface between ceramic particle and matrix is compact, there are no defect such as cavity, crack and so on. The three-body abrasive resistance of the composites is 2.41 times higher than that of high chromium cast iron matrix.关键词
