摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the drought resistance of sugarcane cultivars from different places, which will provide reference for promoting sugarcane drought resistance germplasm resources. [Method] Through the comparison of leaf natural drought symptom and recovery after rehydration, by using six different physiological indicators and cluster analysis method, the drought resistance differences of ten sugarcane cultivars from different places were analyzed during early growth stage. [Result] The results indicated that India NCo310 and GT28 show highly drought-resisting; ROC22, Ganzhel8, Liucheng 04-12, Yuetang 93-159 show moderately drought - resisting; Taitang F172, Yunlin 6, GT21 and B8 show weak drought - resisting. [ Conclusion ] Some varieties had the same results between cluster analysis and natural drought death and recovery after rehydration.
