摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore whether endophytic fungi of Embellisia from Oxytropis glabra cultured in vitro produce swansoni-ne or not,and further study the relationship between the plant toxicity and endophytic fungi. [Method] The swainsonine of endophytic fungi from Oxytropis glabra was extracted by chemical method, and its protonated molecular ion structure was identified by MS. [ Result ] The results showed that all samples contained swasonine, and the m/z values of protonated molecular ions from all the samples and the swainsonine standards were 174. The content of swansonine was 24 -100 μg/g determined by GC. [ Conclusion] The study firstly found that endophytic fungi of Embellisia from Oxytropis glabra cultured in vitro produced swansonine, and the swansonine toxicity was related to the endophytic fungi.
