新西兰大白兔的白色念珠菌性阴道炎模型的建立
The Establishment of Candida Albicans Vaginitis Model of New Zealand White Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish andida albicans vaginitis model of New Zealand white rabbits. [ Methods ] New Zealand white rabbits were divided into the hormone group (group A) and the control group (group B) ,then 2. 5 × 106/ ml,2.5 ×107/ml and 2.5 × 108/ml concentrations of Candida albicans liquid were added into the two groups, namely A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, after that, set blank control group (group C),after vaccination,taking vaginal cleanness classification,vaginal lavage fluid fungal load and pathology organization watch as the indexes,the result of each model was evaluated. [Result] The best condition is hormone + made mode gas - bacilli concentration 2. 5 × 107/ml. [Conclusion] The result provide economic and applicable ideal animal model for the study of Candida albicans vaginitis.关键词
