绦虫石蜡切片的制作方法
Method of Making Paraffin Section of Tapeworm
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To make morphologically intact and structurally clear adult specimen paraffin sections of tapeworm,so as to make a detailed observation of their organizational structure. [Method] Two kinds of tapeworm adult body section of Moniezia expansa and Moniezia benedeni were selected and made into specimens respectively by conventional paraffim section method and the improved paraffin section method. [ Result ] Both methods obtained the ideal slices, but the successful rate of improved paraffin section method was five times that of the conventional paraffin method. [ Conclusion] The research results provided data for the teaching and research of tapeworms.关键词
