Abstract
[Objective] To study the acute toxicity of Cu2+ to juvenile Palaemon carincauda and expose the toxication mechanism of Cu2+ to Palaemon carincaud. [ Method] The test was carried out by way of static exposure of Palaemon carincaud to the Cu2+ with different concentration gradients for 96 h. [ Result ] Under the exposure time of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h, the half-lethal concentration of Cu2+ to Palaemon carincaud was 50.35 mg/L, 26.73 mg/L, 21.23 mg/L and 18.07 mg/L respectively. The safe concentration was 0.18 mg/L. [Conclusion] Palaemon carincaud could endure high copper ion pollution.关键词
