摘要
Abstract
The evaluation index system for land consolidation benefit in Daqing Wuhu Area was established,which covers four criterion layer of resource,economic,social and ecological benefits,consisting of 15 secondary indexes. According to the actual situation,the experts scoring method was adopted to calculate the weight of first-grade index and second-grade index. The questionnaire investigation method was used to determine the membership data of 15 secondary-grade indexes. On the basis of this,the fuzzy single evaluation and comprehensive evaluation were carried out. The results showed that comprehensive benefit of the land consolidation on resources,economic,ecological and social aspects is 73. 74,ranking mid-level state. In order to improve the comprehensive benefits in the second phase of the land consolidation in Daqing Wuhu Area, several advices were put forward, such as establishing the unity technical specification, making corresponding compensation plan, constructing the financing mechanism which adapt to market requirement and improving public participation and so on.关键词
