Abstract
Based on the background of the serious shortage of urban construction land while lots of inefficient land for construction in countryside, from the concept and object of rural residential consolidation, the existing problems were analyzed. The research methods were summarized from three aspects by using literature review and statistical analysis,so as to provide diversification study for rural residential land consolidation potential measurement.关键词
