金融危机下江浙沪农民工收入的影响因素分析
Analysis on Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers Income in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai under the Financial Crisis
摘要
Abstract
The influencing degree and variation of migant workers income in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai were analyzed from aspects of gender, age, education background, working years, signing contract and having minimum wage standards or not. By using empirical analysis method, it was concluded that gender, employment time have significant effects on migrant workers income, while age, education background have no significant effects on migrant workers' economic status.关键词
