摘要
Abstract
The performance evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds was established from five aspects, namely, the policy evaluation index, the economic efficiency evaluation index, the social efficiency evaluation index, the ecological benefit evaluation index and technological progress contribution rate evaluation index, it pointed out that the policy index was the most important indicator for evaluation, and played the qualitative role for "agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds".关键词
