农林高等院校大学生就业能力影响因素分析
Analysis of Influence Factors on Current Employment Ability of Agriculture and Forestry University Students
摘要
Abstract
The influence factors on current employment ability of agriculture and forestry university students were analyzed from four aspects of self factor, school factor, government factor and employment unit factor. The weight of each influence factor was calculated by using AHP method.The results showed that the influence factors on employment ability is abundant and varies,the influencing degree is different. The internal factors play an important role,while external factors take the second place.关键词
