Abstract
This paper analyzed the problems and deficiencies existing in the traditional experimental teaching of Tree Biotechnology, and then investigated the necessity, experiment teaching scheme and implementation effect of comprehensive biotechnology experiments. It was thought that the comprehensive experiments could fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, improve the quality of practice teaching, and cultivate the students' comprehensive ability, innovation consciousness and spirit of cooperation.关键词
