棉花苗期耐盐形态指标的筛选及综合评价
Selection of Morphology Indices for Salt Tolerance and Comprehensive Evaluation of Cotton During Seedling Stage

Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to select morphology indices closely related to salt tolerance of cotton during seedling stage, to provide a theoretical basis for salt tolerance identification, salt tolerance cotton resources screening and breeding. [ Method ] The change of relative value of 5 morphology indices such as emergence rate, plant height, blade numbers, leaf area, growth rate, and chlorophyll content of 10 cotton va-rieties were studied by identification method combining salt pool with saline-alkali soil. The relative emergence rate, the relative plant height and the relative blade numbers were chosen as salt tolerance identifying indices through principal component analysis. And 10 cotton varieties were evaluated by means of membership function method. [ Result] The salt tolerance capability of 10 cotton varieties decreased in order of zhimian3 > 09-7 > yumian21 > hanmian802 > ji668 > binmian5 > liaomianl5 > yun93kang354 > xinyan96-48 > lumian6. This evaluation results had a high correlation with the evaluation rusults of index of salt in Technical Standard of Evaluation for Salt Tolerance on Cotton, so the selected 3 morphology indices could be used for comprehensive evaluation of cotton in seeding. [ Conclusion ] The relative emergence rate, the relative plant height and the relative blade numbers can accurately reflect the salt tolerance capability of cotton during seedling stage. But it is better to choose salt injury index, morphology indices and physiological and biochemical indices to do comprehensive evaluation if completely and systematically the salt tolerance of cotton.关键词
