三七及其混伪品的紫外谱线组法鉴别研究
Identification of RADIX NOTOGINSENG and its Counterfeits by UASLG Method
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To establish a method for distinguishing RADIX NOTOGINSENG from its counterfeits including RHIZOMA ALPINIAE OFFCINARUM, RHIZOMA BLETILLAE, RHIZOMA CURCUMAE LONGAE and RHIZOMA CURCUMAE by ultraviolet spectral line group (UASLG). [ Method] The 5 kinds of medicines were extracted with five different solvents of water, ethanol," petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and chloroform. Then, the absorbance in UV and first-order derivative spectrum were measured. [ Result ] There were significant differences in the peak position and absorbance inuhraviolet absorption spectrum among RADIX NOTOGINSENG, RHIZOMA ALPINIAE OFFCINARUM,RHIZOMA BLETILLAE, RHIZOMA CURCUMAE LONGAE and RHIZOMA CURCUMAE. [ Conclusion] The method was simple and accu-rate, and could be used to distinguish RADIX NOTOGINSENG from its counterfeits.关键词
