摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To study the optimum extraction process of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS in Zhenzaoanshen capsule. [Method] Taking the yield of schizandrin as index, L9(34) orthogonal test designed with four factors like ethanol concentration, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times was conducted to select the optimum extraction process for FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS. [ Result] The optimum extracting process for FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS was boiled in 10 times water (solid-liquid ratio = 1:10 g/ml) and refluxed for 3 times, 1.5 h every time. [ Conclusion] This extraction process was a simple and feasible method that was suitable for extracting in Zhenzaoanshen capsule.
