Study on the Extraction Technology of Serotonin Derivatives from Seed Meal of Hehuang Carthamus tinctorius L.by Water Reflux Method

Abstract
[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction technology of serotonin derivatives from seed meal of Hehuang Carthamus tinctorius L. By water reflux method. [ Method ] Taking the content of serotonin derivatives as index, the extraction technology of serotonin derivatives was optimized by means of orthogonal test with extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio as experimental factors. [ Result ] The extraction of serotonin derivatives from seed meal of Hehuang C. Tinctorius was impacted mostly by extraction temperature, followed by extraction time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio. The optimal technology was extraction temperature of 80 % , extraction time of 1.5 h, extraction times of 3 and solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 g/ml, with which the content of f serotonin derivatives was 0. 70% . [ Conclusion ] This optimal extraction technology could provide basis for the development and production of Hehuang C. Tinctorius seed meal.关键词
