Effects of Temperature, Humidity and Hatching Medium on the Hatching Rate of Trionyx sinensis
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the suitable ecological environment conditions of Trionyx sinensis. [ Method] Using or-thogonal test, the effects of different temperature, relative humidity and hatching medium on the hatching rate of T. Sinensis were studied. [ Re-sult] The optimum conditions for the embryonic development of T. Sinensis were as follows:temperature of 30 ℃ ,relative humidity of 75% -85%, using the hatching medium with the ratio of coarse sand:medium sand:fine sand of 1: 4: 1. Under these conditions,the hatching rate of T. Sinensis was highest, being 98.0%. According to the embryonic development of T. Sinensis, its embryonic development process was divided into 9 stages. [ Conclusion ] The research provided theoretical basis and reference for the artificial hatching of T. Sinensis.关键词
