摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of S. Chinensis as feed additives on antioxidant function and blood biochemical param-eters of broilers. [ Methods] Using ethanol extract from S. Chinensis, water extract from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and flavomycin as feed addi-tives, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione reductase (GR) activity and malondiaklehyde (MDA) concentration as well as serum bio-chemical parameter in serum, heart, liver and kidney were determined. [ Result ] Ethanol extract from S. Chinensis and water extract from Fructus Ligustri Lueidi can improve antioxidant function of broilers. [ Conclusion ] The results provided references for the application of S.Chinensis in chicken-feeding.
