蚜虫危害对金银花药材质量的影响
Effects of Aphid Occurring on Quality of Flos Lonicera japonica
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to discuss effects of aphid occurring on quality of flos Lonicera japonica. [ Method] Contents of chloro-genic acid, loganin, caffeic acid and galuteolin in normal plants and the plants damaged by aphid were determined by using HPLC, respectively. [Result] The contents of four effective components reduced after aphid occurring, among them the contents of chlorogenic acid, loganin and galuteolin decreased by 5. 99% , 5. 25% and 15.09% , respectively. [ Conclusion] It is very necessary to control aphid during flos Lonicera japonica cultivation.关键词
