Abstract
Based on the status of three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers in Guizhou, this paper has in-depth detailed description on the three problems of the status quo from specificity of three problems, basic characteristics and system, and discussion on the local relationship between legal development and three problems in rural areas. Specifically, the special nature of three problems in Guizhou leads to the legal development of local contextual factors; the perspective of the basic characteristics explains basic idea of the legal developments in rural Guizhou; systematic analysis discourses the specific measures of Guizhou rural legal development. This article focuses on legal development in the social context of rural environment through three kinds of diachronic analysis on three problems in Guizhou, so as to provide a thought for rural economic development and legal system gradual perfection.关键词
