基于OK图像采集卡和VTK的医学图像处理系统
Medical image processing system based on OK series image board and visualization toolkit

Abstract
Objective On the basis of visualization and display function of VTK, a three-dimensional system that can be integrated into OK series image board is developed by VC + + 2008 to meet the requirements of medical image processing. Methods The paper introduces how to realize 3D surface rendering and volume rendering for 2D CT image sequences in DICOM format based on VC++ 2008 with VTK. The inner points and the normal vectors are calculated to form the virtual clipping plane, which in turn is used to incise the 3D object, obtain the information of virtual slices and display the virtual slice images on the screen simultaneously. Results The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the 3D visualization of medical image and clip, rotate, zoom and translate the 3D image in any directions. Conclusions This system is useful for advancing the post-processing function of OK series image board and is important and valuable to theory research and clinic diagnosis.关键词
