数控凸轮磨削中三环控制系统设计
Design of Three Loop Control System in NC Cam Grinding Process
摘要
Abstract
In order to confirm whether the three closed loop of NC(numerical control) cam grinding control system is steady,according to vector control principle, Make PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) equivalent to DC Motor model,then rotational axis(Axis C) and wheel feed shaft (Axis X) are thoroughly analyzed by mechanism analysis. By using three loop control method (current loop-speed loop-position loop) which deduces transfer function gradually inside and outside,mathematical models of entire camshaft grinding servo system are established and emulated by Matlab. Results show that the three loop control system is steady,and this will lay theoretical basis in further study of high precision grinding.关键词
