70例非小细胞肺癌表皮生长因子受体的检测分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the expressional characteristics and clinicopathologic significance of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .Methods Expression of EGFR in 70 cases with NSCLC and 12 normal lung tissues was measured by Immunohistochemical Envision method .Results The high expression rate was 72 .9% in NSCLC cases ,significantly higher than that in normal lung specimens (P＜0 .05) .Some of the clinic alparameters (age ,sex ,tumour size ,his-tological type ,and pathological grade) had no influence on high experssion rate of EGFR cases (P＞0 .05) .But TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis had significant positive correlation with high expression of EGFR (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion (1)The high expression of EGFR was associated with the occurrence of NSCLC .(2)The high experssion of EGFR was significantly related to TNM stage and lymph nodal metastasis in patients with NSCLC ,which showed that their levels of expression were correlated with the development and metastasis of NSCLC .关键词
