摘要
Abstract
Direct transaction between large power consumers and power generation enterprises is favorable to optimal configuration of resources as well as cost reduction and raising efficiency, besides, it can also effectively promote the demand on electric power, bring up new economic growth points in industry, economy and demand of electric power, thus it is possible to implement mutual benefit of power generation, transmission and consumption. For this purpose, a direct transaction platform for large power consumers and power generation enterprises is designed. This transaction platform possesses such functions as management of transaction rules, management of transaction process, releasing notices related to transactions and transaction results, so it can meet the demand of direct transaction between generation enterprises and large power consumers.关键词
