摘要

Abstract

The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties were investigated in the FGH95 alloy by designing of experiment. Compared with the subsolvus heat treated specimen with fine grain size,' the specimen subjected to supersolvus heat treatment has a relatively coarse grain structure, ASTM 8, the yield strength is less than the specimen with fine grain size by max 5% , but creep lifetimes is significantly longer, the lifetimes of 0. 2% creep is increased by 3 -4 times at temperature of700℃ and pressure of 690MPa. In addition, mechanical properties can be further improved by optimizing the size and distribution of y' precipitates.
