摘要

Abstract

The effect of titania nanopowder on the magnetic properties of sendust was investigated by SEM and HP 4284A LCR and CH - 258 analyzer. The results show that some oxidation appears on the surface of sendust powder coated with titania nanopowder. With increasing content of titania nanopowder, the permeability and loss decease, while quality factors and DC additivity improve. Permeability increase and the loss decrease with the pressure increasing to 2 200MPa, but the magnetic properties become bad when the pressure is above 2 200MPa. The magnetic properties increase with heat treatment temperature ( less than 690 ℃ ) increasing.
